New to Our Church?
What About My Children?
Our vision is to provide a spiritual home which will give children the opportunity to discover and use their God-given gifts and talents in a safe and nurturing environment.
If your child is a newborn up to age three, a kind, loving, certified staff will care for your him or her during Sunday and Wednesday activities and other church events as needed. Nursery-aged children should be brought directly to the Children's Wing located behind the Chapel.
Children from three years old through the sixth grade can attend Sunday School, Children's Church, Children's Choir, and Kingdom Kids.
9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.- Children from three years old through sixth grade should check in on the Children's Wing. In Sunday School, they will learn about God's word in a curriculum emphasizing a "faith woven" life with the Bible. This is a great time for children to come and learn about God's amazing love through stories, games, and crafts.
10:45 a.m.-12:00 - Children ages three years old through the fourth grade attend worship with the adults until they are dismissed and then move to their own children's chapel for worship, Bible lessons, and activities.
5 p.m. - 6 p.m. - A regular meal is served. All children must be accompanied by an adult for dinner. Dinner is $3 for children or $5 for adults. Reservations need to be made by Monday afternoon. 334-285-4114
6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Children from three years old through the sixth grade attend Kingdom Kids, where they enjoy a variety of activities, including crafts, games, missions, Camp Nut, and choir while learning about God's word.
6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Children's Choir practices during Kingdom Kids and performs regularly during the Sunday worship services. Children are also a vital part of the adult choir musicials during special performances.
